Terms and Conditions
- Store credit expires one year after it is issued. When you make a purchase with us, either in-store or online, your oldest unused credit will be applied first, followed by the more recently issued unused credit. This will help minimise the chances of your credit expiring before you can use it.
- If your available store credit is more than the value of your transaction, the unused portion will be kept in your account and will be applied to subsequent purchases.
- As long as you are signed in as a member, your available store credit will automatically be applied to your next eligible purchase online. Unfortunately, you will not be able to opt out of using your available credit for an eligible purchase.
- Store credit expires one year from the date of issuance. Unfortunately, we are not able to extend it beyond this timeframe, so please use it before it expires.
