As of September 21, 2026, we are accepting Same-Day Delivery for our online store! Please take note of the following guidelines for this delivery option:
Same-Day Delivery is only available from Mondays to Fridays, from 9 AM to 3 PM only, excluding Holidays.
Same-Day Delivery can be availed by reaching out to our customer service team on Facebook and Instagram, who will assist you with the process.
Customers will strictly cover the delivery fee for Same-Day Delivery. Our team will NOT cover delivery fees.
Same-Day Delivery availability is subject to change, depending on our warehouse’s availability.
If you have missed your delivery, your parcel will be returned to us. We will contact you for further updates so that a second booking can be made. The shipping fee for the second booking is chargeable to the customer. You may also opt to request for a store pick-up of your order.
You may log in to your account on our website, click on Account Summary to check the status of your order. Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you via email, and will also be displayed on your Account Summary page. You may use the tracking number to track the delivery status of your parcel on our respective delivery partners' websites.
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email notifying you of your parcel tracking number. The tracking number will also be displayed on your Account Summary page, once your order has been shipped. With the tracking number, you can stay updated on the delivery status of your parcel on the GoGo Xpress website.
