Yes, you can reserve any item that is available in our stores simply by informing any of our staff. An item can be reserved for you for two (2) days only.
Yes, you can reserve items at another store provided it is available there. Any of our staff will be able to assist you in checking the item’s availability and completing your reservation. An item can be reserved for you for two (2) days only.
Do note that you will have to visit that store to collect and pay for the reserved item. We are not able to transfer the reserved item to any other store or coordinate pick-ups via courier.
We are not able to accommodate online reservations via The Editor's Market Philippines website at this time. Rest assured we are working on making this feature available for your convenience.
For in-store reservations, a maximum of two (2) items can be reserved for you for two days, including the current day. For example, if you make a reservation on Monday, the item will be held for you until Tuesday, end of mall hours.
After the end of the second day, your reservation will automatically be canceled.
To pick up your reserved item/s, you will have to visit the store where the items is reserved for you.
You may proceed to the cashier counter to pick up your item. The cashier will need to verify your identity and your reservation. Feel free to try on the item in our store fitting rooms.
