Your order receipt can be retrieved by logging into your account on our website. All you need to do is go to your Account page, and you will be able to find your official receipt in the “Orders” section.

For in-store purchases, you may inform the cashier about your voucher or gift card, and they will be able to assist you in applying the discount to your purchase. 

For online purchases, input your voucher or gift card code in the Discount Code text box, and click on “Apply Discount”. The voucher or gift card amount will automatically be deducted from your purchase total.

Unfortunately, we do not allow the cancellation of an order once it is placed.

No, you cannot change items in your online order once it is placed. However, once you receive your parcel, you may exchange your item for another in our store within 14 days from the date of purchase. All you need to do is bring along the item/s to be exchanged, together with your order receipt. Our cashiers will be able to assist you with the exchange process.

Please note that items to be exchanged must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange, unless specifically stated.

No, you cannot add items to your order once it is placed. If you would like to make an additional purchase, you will have to place a completely new order. Please note that we will not be able to combine both of your orders into one parcel.

For in-store purchases, you may pay via credit or debit card, GCash, or cash.

For online purchases, you may pay using your credit or debit card, GCash, or Maya via PayMongo. We do not accept Cash-on-Delivery at this time. Do take note that the minimum payment requirement is ₱100 from our gateway partner, otherwise a cancelled order notification will reflect during checkout.
