Your available store credit will automatically be applied to your next eligible purchase online. If your available store credit is more than the value of your transaction, the unused portion will be kept in your account and will be applied to subsequent purchases.
Store credits issued for returns expire 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. For store credits redeemed via Club Discovery, these expire one (1) year from the date of issuance. When you make a purchase with us, either in-store or online, your oldest unused credit will be applied first, followed by the more recently issued unused credit. This will help minimize the chances of your store credit expiring before you can use it.
Store credits redeemed through Club Discovery expire one (1) year from the date of issuance, while store credits issued because of a refund expire 30 days from the date of issue. Store credit expiration date, unless otherwise stated, is final. Unfortunately, we are not able to extend store credit validity beyond this timeframe, so please use it before it expires!
