If you have missed your delivery, your parcel will be returned to us. We will contact you for further updates so that a second booking can be made. The shipping fee for the second booking is chargeable to the customer. You may also opt to request for a store pick-up of your order.
You may log in to your account on our website, click on Account Summary to check the status of your order. Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you via email, and will also be displayed on your Account Summary page. You may use the tracking number to track the delivery status of your parcel on our respective delivery partners' websites.
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email notifying you of your parcel tracking number. The tracking number will also be displayed on your Account Summary page, once your order has been shipped. With the tracking number, you can stay updated on the delivery status of your parcel on the GoGo Xpress website.
